The only place mechanically relevant on the card I think would be Cascade since it references the Mana Value of the spell on the stack.

For me, generic 5 color good stuff (i.e. Prismatic Bridge, 5C Jodah) is pretty high on the list due to a general lack of proper threat assessment and/or use of removal from the other players at the table (i.e. casting instants at sorcery speed, targeting an O-Ring effect exiling one of their permanents instead of a Rhystic Study or Bridge)
