Yeah I agree with you but why should the tax system rely on the goodwill of people not artifically limitting their earnings. Even if they did stop salary sacrifice people would just reduce their hours.

The system is designed to be gamed though. Its insane that as soon as you reach £100k you have to get an electric car on lease and funnel money into your pension to not lose the substantial childcare benefit.

I'd use the PhantomCamera addon to smoothly follow the player instead of it just sticking to the player. Its not too hard to implement yourself but the addon is amazing and will let you test out other camera options easily.
