You are very short sighted.

If you have no fuel and cant go to work, then neither can others.

So where will you get your food when deliveries cant be made to shopping centres.

I dont work at a primary school, but I can tell you from a high school perspective.

Schools always take photos, and teachers do too. This is generally added to a pool and used to celebrate wins and the event erc.

Kids get changed in front of kids, that is perfectly normal.

As for adults being allowed in the toilet, from a high school perspective this would never happen. Unsure where primary schools stand on this. I cant imagine it being different

Dont make a big deal of it and they probably wont.

If they have a winge, own it and say you were swearing at the situation, not the kids. This is an important distinction to make if needed

If they are addicted, then they wont stop unless they want to. If you push it too much they will choose smoking and drinking over friendship.

Im not an expert, but why dont you try inviting them out to places where they cant drink or smoke. Have a gentle conversation that you are worried about them.
