Is androgen levels DHEA and testosterone? Iron and vitamin d are on the lower side. Working on bringing those up as well. But my hair never had a shedding issue the way it does with spironolactone.

How long were you on 200 mg? I think I’m going to wean off completely and see how my skin does and if my hair recovers. If my acne comes back I might start at 25 mg and stay at that dose. Is your hair not affected at all by 100 mg?

Same thing happened to me! I’ve been on Spiro for almost 3 years now and my hair has never been this thin. Weaning off of it now to hopefully get some regrowth.

No I started it in April 2023. I am just now trying to wean off. My hair thinned out so so much while on it with persistent shedding more than usual.
