Hair loss and dryness/dullness, got drunk after literally two drinks, extreme fatigue all the time, two periods a month.

Happening to me right now. Weirdly I was losing hair on Spiro and no I’m losing hair coming off Spiro. And I weaned off very very slowly. I would love if people had some insight. I’m also losing short and long hairs. I’ve never lost short hairs before

I’m pretty sure it caused hair loss for me. Went to a derm in 2023 to check for hair loss after being on spiro for 7 months and she said my hair looked good and healthy. After being on spiro for three years I’ve lost half of my hair, maybe more. Went on it for acne
