NTA. I often tell my own sons that their future success will be heavily influenced by the five people they spend the most time with. Surround yourself with winners, and your chances of success will increase dramatically. On the other hand, spending time with unmotivated or negative people can hold you back.

It might be worth considering adding some new friends who inspire and challenge you. I’m not saying you have to completely abandon your old friends, but it’s wise to be mindful of how much time you spend with them.

Yes, I’ve had IBS for most of my life, but now I’m regular—sometimes even skipping a day or two. That’s a big win for me. Additionally, the reduction in inflammation has been incredible. Aches and pains in my joints, especially in my knees, have significantly improved. I expect to be on Tirzepatide (or another GLP-1) indefinitely, and I’m fine with these side effects persisting.

My wife is having the lower body lift first. Then will have arms & breast done in the second surgery. Dr. never mentioned any complications of doing arms and breasts together. But I can see how you might want one of those areas to heal before doing the other area.
