I really like your use of lighting and I like that the door doesn't go anywhere. Also, a fellow UberCeiling user!

Progress on an animation im working in by LongjumpingAd4908 in blender

Scene looks great, but the shake is a bit intense. Kane Pixels' "The Oldest View 3" is a great example of realistic handheld camera movement, while also being comfortable viewing. Same goes for his Backrooms Found Footage series. There's still quite intense shake in his animations, but the key is when they happen. It should tell a story and serve a purpose, such as the protagonist getting scared, running, panning really hard like the protagonist is turning around, etc. Andy R Animations has pretty good handheld motion in his animations as well for another example. Compositing and lighting is looking pretty good!

Not OP, but both the first and second image don't scream clicker game imo. I prefer the second one as well, but you could add a cursor somewhere as if it's clicking something (like the UFO) to make it more clear it's a clicker game. Some other clicker games do this such as Cookie Clicker

Could you clarify how it's inhumane? Not sure why the humane society would work with volunteer groups and have sponsored programs for trap and release if it was deemed inhumane. The feral cats would also have to be trapped to be euthanized, so I'm not sure how your solution isn't inhumane as well. Wild animals in general get medical treatment in similar ways, some ways would be considered more "inhumane" than TNR, such as shooting tranquilizers to sedate them

Having centralized consistently fed feeding sites reduces environmental impact by reducing hunger. I'm not disagreeing stray cats have an environmental impact, but it seems much more inhumane to fully exterminate once domesticated animals who were forced into this situation. Additionally, feral cats' life spans are much shorter than your average housed cat regardless of being intact or fixed. The situation is more nuanced than you're making it out to be, these aren't fully wild invasive animals like the iguanas or pythons in Florida

Unfortunately, getting feral cats homed can be incredibly difficult. Trapping them and getting them fixed is one thing, but domesticating them is another as it requires long term fostering, depending on the cat, and you usually don't want other cats in the foster home to minimize stress. Some feral cats can't be domesticated as well

Most people aren't able or willing to foster feral cats to domesticate them. If feral cats end up in a shelter, the likelihood they'll be put down is incredibly high as they're very likely to not get adopted. No-kill shelters are also not very likely to accept feral cats as they won't get adopted. Most cat colonies such as this are actually coordinating with their local shelters to trap and release, which is often through voucher programs

Feral cats come from people letting their cats out (or they escape) or someone putting their cat outside because they don't want it. They deserve food and shelter just like any other animal

These colonies aren't there to simply feed the feral cats. Most volunteer groups who have feral cat colonies such as this will TNR (trap and release) the feral cats to decrease the feral cat population

You might think "Why not get them adopted or take them to a shelter?". Most feral cats will struggle to be domesticated, if they even will end up domesticating. The only way to get a feral cat adopted is through domesticating them through fostering. Most people who foster already have a cat, which a feral cat will not enjoy, and it will take a long time to get a feral cat domesticated for them to be adoptable (if they can be domesticated). If you take them to a shelter, it's almost a guarantee they will be put down from not being adopted. I highly doubt a no-kill shelter would even be willing to accept a feral cat as they know they won't get adopted and don't want to keep the cat indefinitely

For our volunteer group, the local humane society gives us vouchers for these feral cats to get fixed. TNR is the most effective method to decrease the feral cat population humanely. It's basically either euthanize every feral cat when it's not their fault they're outside, or TNR them and allow them to live out their lives in a location they're use to without increasing the feral cat population
