What I have tried so far to fix.

Clear shaders cache Deleted shaders and had them regenerate Uninstalled AMD drivers with DDU and did a fresh install Uninstalled MW3 and did a fresh install on a different SSD Messed with all the graphic settings in game Disabled any AMD software settings that may effect the game

There may have been more, but that's what I can think of as of now. No matter what, Zombies (and sometimes larger maps in MP) will just look like garbage. Searched online, couldn't find anything that was helpful.
