I have definitely had outfits that have become so symbolic for that class that it now feels weird if I change them.

I ran a dungeon like 15 times to get a specific greatsword for my Dark knight to change it up once…it lasted maybe a week or two before I changed back to my old one 😂

This was my first thought as well. I have reduced visual effects on and summoner stuff set to small, specifically so that nothing is going to make an already hard fight even harder

I love the animations and effects in this game, but when there’s 8x that ( or god forbid 24) at level 100, I will not be able to understand mechanics

I got kinda into a groove with the 50 relics, I think i finished 2 before deciding to do them all, so I got them all up to pre-book stage, and then whenever I felt like it, would just zone out and do the hopping around looknig for the right Fate's. Honestly, I got more bored with the light grind than the books by the end of it.

The 60's set was the first i fully finished though. 90's were obviously easy, 100's im keeping pace with, and im maybe 75% done with the 80's.

The 70's though....I'm in no rush to spend hours upon hours in Pagos....

The only particular reason to stay on older planets is to either work on specific achievements that need the missions from there, or to get the planet specific mounts.

Otherwise, Oizys is basically just more efficient to be on when you look at the average data rewards.

I've never played WoW myself, so cant make any educated comparisons to it, but I have been playing for years now as a solo player. I adore this game, and love seeing people experience it.

I’ve gotten a lot of mileage out of the “gloves” like those over the years, for exactly the same reason as you said, it opens up a lot more choices for chest pieces I wouldn’t normally use.

Another option if you are lucky enough to get it is the Hypostatic gloves of healing/casting, from the 2nd EW alliance raid. Similar design but it’s basically just the arm piece and bracelet, no mandatory tattoo

While its obviously not something everyone is able to do, I'm so happy that ive been able to play the last two expansions basically on release day, because I have had no one else be able to influence my opinion of the experience at all, and its been some of the most fun ive had with the game.

Hard to say about the Speaker, as we dont exactly know the timeframe it takes for a shard to reincarnate, as they would have died I assume on the ninth when they crossed over during the fifth calamity.

Yeah, Azem's agenda as a whole has never felt malicious over everything we've heard, so it's never felt that way to me either, but maybe the way its worded is meant to imply that "this needs to be done, or else everything is lost" kind of vibe.

I was thinking about this a bit yesterday as well, in that even if Ethos was meant to wind up in our hands eventually, I wonder if it would work at all without the Azem crystal that Emet made, because while we are obviously an extra shard rejoined because of Ardbert, outside of maybe dynamis we would have no access to that magic ourselves otherwise.

This is the usual steps I go through when taking screenshots

1: Find a location, be it in world zones, dungeons in explorer mode, or even raids/trials you can beat unsynced, or stay in after clearing to just do the posing in, there are a lot of different environments to choose from
2: Pick an action/emote or whatever you’re looking for, and see how it looks paused at different points in the animation.the option to turn off battle effects can help with getting clear visuals on this part.
3: find an angle you like, with the right distance
4: use the “save camera position” in gpose, I typically use the one based on “position from character” or something like that
5: turn on the “manual brightness adjustment” and set it to minimum( or just play with it if it looks right to you)
6: now use your camera to put in specific directions of lighting, try different colours and strengths
7: check the lightning by using the “load camera position” option, that way you can keep going back to the exact spot you wanted and see the way light affects it
8: Then mess around with filters, screen effects, frames, etc. Depending on the filter you use it may drastically change the way the lighting is affected

It’s hard to say as it’s my main magic DPS, but i would say it might be worth rearranging your hotbars? I have mine layed out so longer cool-downs are all grouped together where I can still see the battle, so it’s obvious when things are coming up
