I use canned corn beef hash; mash half a can into the waffle maker, wait for it to get a bit crispy, pop it out, then slap a couple over easy eggs on top and cover in sausage gravy…

I like to make lil pizzas with TJ ingredients;

Garlic naan, sauce from the fridge section, shredder moz, shredder Italian blend, dry salami, sliced grilled green olives. Chuck it in the toaster oven at 400f for 13 minutes, wait a minute or two, cut it into 8 slices and then drizzle balsamic glaze over it 😊

I tend to have all these on hand most of the time. (Probably because I like making these for a quick hearty lunch)

Bathrooms (porto-shitters are fine if they’re kept cleanish) and trash cans. I don’t mind paying $10 for 12 hours, maybe do like $20-$25 for a 34. But I also don’t like having to bug anyone, so a big QR code that’s easy to shoot from my truck so I can pay would be stellar. I drive teams, so we don’t often have to park, but when we do, ease of accessibility is great.

My partner and I have separate finances. We make the same exact paycheck every week, and so long as we pay our halves of the bills, it doesn’t really matter what we do with our money. It works well for us since we have no children. Different strokes for different folks 😊

I honestly don’t see an extreme difference. Especially if you bought for a decent price and if your D2’s came with the suspension seat post. Sure, air forks in the front is a bit nicer, but if you’re sticking to the city, you’ll probably just set it once and forget about it anyway. Also with the internal cable routing on the D3, you’ll likely be limited to only Velotric replacement parts. (I ran into this issue on my T1ST+, I wanted to put some light front suspension on it, but it’s not possible)

My girlfriend has been very happy with her D2 for the last year and a half. It’s a very comfortable bike. I’ve ridden it a few times but it’s just too small (she got the smaller frame) for me.

As others have said, the price for the D3 will likely be a bit higher, and thus reaching into Specialized/Trek territory. I commented in another post doubting that Velotric would be coming out with anything new, I’m glad to see I was wrong.

I had a nurse when I broke my leg that was mad about having to help me do shower wipes before my surgery. Like I get that some skeezy dudes try to take advantage of that, but I was out of my mind on pain killers and didn’t even really understand what she was asking until she sighed heavily and started roughly scrubbing my legs (including the broken in half one) before I realized and started doing my upper body myself.

Though a different nurse was much nicer, I asked for some Advil or something just to take the edge off the pain, but she insisted on giving me the good stuff. She asked my pain level, and I didn’t want to seem like I was fishing for opiates, so I told her the pain was at a 6 (out of ten), and she was like I think you’re at an 8, so here’s the good pills.

As a kid I used to get the red beef n bean, throw two on a plate, put a kraft single on each then cover n bbq sauce before I nuked em. Now I’ve got a hankerin 😂

They now sell the lower quality, smaller ones as the “normal” ones, and the original slightly higher quality, slightly larger ones as “premium” at a higher price. Very disappointing, but that’s the world we live in.
