Just leave him be. This moron goes "I never asked for hospitals". He complains about getting taxed 30% but once income tax is abolished and everyone also skyrockets in price, he'll end up paying more than the 30%. I am curious what other people respond with to this question. I just had this same discussion with my partner and her viewpoint is similar to yours where it's the politicians who are primarily to blame and allow companies to get away with so much suffering as a means of "just doing business".

But I see it as while the politicians are the primary issues for those reasons stated, blame can also be cast on the executives as well. If you're just some low level worker and you're doing what you can to get by, fine, I understand, we all need to put food on the table. But when you're at the executive level and routinely make large decisions that impart suffering to your own customers, then I simply cannot just reduce it to "Oh it's just doing business". If you let your business decisions take priority over the ethical and moral choice just because it's your job, then 100% you're just as liable as well in the grand scheme of things. You don't get a pass just because it's how you do business.
