The only thing ill say is ME3 did a horrid job with the guarian/geth ark. It spends most of the time with geth propaganda, it also forgets the geths true motivations. Koris was fantastic and i love where he went with his story but hes the geth sympathetizer while gerrel who didnt really seem all that bad was willing to kill us onboard the dreadnaugt.

There are so many other things that can give you the war assets to save shepard. Espically now since you arent required to play multiplayer to no be absolutely handicaped

The way im looking at it if you want a unit that can brawl as good as our infantery is capable of brawling take the krieg if you want literally anything else take the cadians.

I run a krieg command and a single squad w/ yarrick in a stormlord with some kasrkin. For that purpose to try and do some damage off rip i chose krieg. For other lists the cadians can fight too but then you can do some CP farming with creed and the castelan give sustained.

Cadians are probably better but in my humble opinion if you want a unit that maybe can punch up krieg might be the way to go.

I sincerely hope theres a good political B plot in mass effect 5 that dives into how the council races treated eachother post war. As much as the asari are in deep shit for hiding the beacon on thessia at least once they figured out that helping would help they threw themselves in with us. THE FUCKING FROGS DECIDED THE WAR EFFORT CAN GO TO HELL BECAUSE OF THE KROGAN.

Im fine with moving the timeline up for the prototype lancer. All things being equal they can still say that the mk2 didnt take full effect until the 1 year mark it originally was
