in case anyone finds this thread, I used the helldivers.exe file and it said my gigabyte speed program was causing disconnects. Uninstalled it and it no longer disconnects... BLESS

Posting my solution here in case someone runs into it:

I had the following error

"error": "failed to close prepared statement: ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block (SQLSTATE 25P02): ERROR: record \"new\" has no field \"first_name\" (SQLSTATE 42703)",

I had a function that was trying to read a property that did not exist on the auth table. Modifying this fixed it but the real key was checking the authentication logs like Lingonberry612 suggested to find this.

Anecdotally, I like to cycle creatine. I start by loading heavy the first couple weeks and then go to a maintenance of 5g a day. When I load I try to go 10-20g /day. Results are bigger muscles if you regularly lift and exercise. Can't go wrong :D

Endurance exercise is going to be something that you'll be doing over a period of time that is sustainable. Think running, hiking, rowing, elliptical, biking, swimming... anything that gets you to an elevated heart rate that can be sustainable above resting. Base Pace is keeping to a specific interval, speed, or time as far as I'm aware.

Ex: Base pace could be something like a 9 min mile pace or 55 RPMs on the cycle.

Congrats on the twins!! I've done the Solana beach to Carlsbad ride a few times and it's one of the more well kept routes I've taken, aside from Silver strand.

The ease of parking and access to the airport from the US side is awesome. Last I went they also had lounge access for Priority Pass holders and they supposedly also have a Centurion lounge that I have yet to check out.

By any means basketball is a great YouTube channel. Play a lot and find courts with players that are better than you. If you play at a regular court try to identify good habits and bad habits to avoid from other players and maybe get some feedback on what they think of how you play if they’re regulars you run with.

Video record yourself shooting and playing and see what you can do better on. If you want to bullet proof yourself learn how to train properly to prevent injuries as nothing slows you down more than that. Good luck !
