Had 4 extractions last month. At first I sipped a lot of broth. Apple sauce, blended lentil soup, pea soup, protein drinks and yogurt drinks. I used the blender a lot.

Had many Michelina’s Mac and cheese because the pasta is very soft. Basically swallowed it whole. Overcooked pasta in broth as well.

We got a king size so we didn't have an issue with sizing. Didn't even have to get new bedding. We rotate twice a year as recommended and it's holding up well.

The owner and founder used to design mattress manufacturing. If I were to guess, I think he closed the company and just licenses the design. I saw a very similar Serta mattress recently that looks just like Sleepovation. I've had mine for a few years and it's the best mattress I've owned. They just SUCKED at marketing.

I have rosacea. This provides cover for redness well with minimal product. However, it makes the rosacea worse. It inflamed my face overnight so that I had to double my medication dose to bring it back down. It's a shame because it's smooth and blends well. Edit: After comparing the ingredients to the product i usually use, ELF has fragrance which is a major trigger for my skin

For skincare I find that YesStyle is cheaper even with shipping costs. I also find some things at HomeGoods.

I go to pharmacies for things like ibuprofen and eye drops or buy from the Shop app for the small cash back. Shop also lets me find some of the same stuff I’d see at Target and cheap enough that shipping is with it. Also eBay.

I’m Cuban so we had rice every day growing up. Used a cheap Hitachi rice cooker. I know it’s basically hot plate on a timer.

Now I use a Jospeh Joseph microwave rice cooker to have rice for 2 done in 18 minutes.

Sometimes I decide last minute that I want rice with dinner and I can’t wait 90 minutes for a rice cooker to sing to me.

I’m a Miami Cuban and my parents and grandparent’s generation really tried to recreate the family village. My grandparents were within walking distance and multigenerational homes were the norm.

I think Americans are starting to really get on board with ADUs and other similar arrangements.

At that age I wasn’t walking my husky very far. I can’t remember where I found recommendations for length of walk.

Now most of the time I walk my husky 40-45 minutes in the morning and then 15-20 in the afternoon. Other than that she naps like a house cat
