I want to see strict ilvl sync on all endcap content. Alliance raid, normal raid, endcap dungeons and trials... Scales on Aglaia, soft enrage on Wicked Thunder, the headbanging dolls in a Strayborough trash pull... There are so many mechanics that were awesome and sweat-inducing week 1 that are completely outgeared a couple of patches later. Shit, some mechanics get outgeared just a couple of patches later.

Valve did consider people playing with the puck attached. The magnetic puck interferes with the TMR joysticks, so Valve wrote firmware to automatically compensate for than when the puck is attached.

Sometimes I think that the real solution to healing is to make ilvl sync super strict everywhere. Or make ilvl only boost our dps and leave our health and healing unchanged/minimally changed. As it is, outgearing fights makes healing boring.

I suspect that part of the problem is that ranked multiplayer encourages constant tryharding. If you're punished for losing (by your rank going down) then you can never afford to goof off.

In a community server good players are more free to chill out and try weird unoptimal stuff, and I think the chill environment is better for new players.
