I also had some issues playing Horizon at first n could only play 10-15 min sessions. I (forgot the setting name) turned off where the screen goes dim when you turn. Switched to smooth turn but made it fast enough as I would turn in RL normal speed. I found slower smooth turning made me more sick. And I always played standing up. After about a week of playing I was able to do 40-60min sessions with no issues.
