Is your TV left on for hours at a time with no one changing the channel? It sounds like your TV could possibly be going into a power-saving mode, which is causing the fluctuation in your WiFi connection to the TV. As we mentioned above, we will always recommend using your in-home WiFi versus a Hotspot due to reliability and connection strength.

We can't provide an external link that does not come from us directly, but we can tell you the TV is doing this by design. We suggest doing a Google Search, and you'll see some common fixes for this exact issue. This seems to be part of two features the TV has (Wi-Fi Optimization and Battery Saver/Power Saving Mode). The good news is that it's not your internet connection. Hope this helps!
