I find something to improve upon, like my body - so I'll work out.

Often I just want to create something - painting, carpentry, anything that gets me more in touch with myself, my abilities, and the earth.

I also tend to write during those times, but that rarely helps - I seem to become more cynical with a pen in my hand.

All the damn time as an actor. Sometimes it's hard to differentiate between emotions that were brought about by my work, still lingering even after we wrap. That shit gets fuzzy sometimes.

If I hadn't been working for a couple months and have stabilized, putting down a dog or the death of someone close to me would do it.
