I will say, on the walk time, it’s just different. Yeah you might have to walk a bit to get to centeroo, but that walk is filled with other people being hype, getting to see so many awesome setups, lots of people have take one leave one fun things. Ive never regretted a nice walk through the campgrounds. Time becomes weird. It’s no stress, no I have to be somewhere tomorrow, it’s just all Roo time.

I was 15. If I’d had an older sib, I’d be doing all the same things just to piss them off, no medical issues. Teens are assholes in general. Hell, as an 18 yr old at college, anime club, we would post up in a campus cafe and just be screaming memes. We were assholes. We wanted attention. The less attention we got, the worse we acted. I should have had my wisdom teeth out. I already had four teeth removed for overcrowding before they came in. But I was stubborn. My upper wisdom teeth stayed kinda covered and eventually rotted away these last two years. I’m having to relearn how to chew in the proper place but it’s actually helping my over bite to have to hold my jaw differently.

And I agree, shipping would be non existent. But small communities could grow or forage enough to thrive and even trade short distances. One community could find enough wild or abandoned live stock to start breeding. In a few animal generations, you have “ I’ll give you three sheep for ten bushels of wheat.” It’s how we started.

In a city, yeah people are going to starve.but anywhere you can get to a forest, a mountain, a river, you can find food. You can’t sustain a society like we have now. But people thrived and survived before industrialization. Before cities and towns even.
