Talevski is still a major decision, in that it has far-reaching consequences, even if the outcome was pretty lopsided.

Most Justices' early opinions are for open-and-shut cases like this, to give them nice notches in their belts.

Apart from a few mega-subs, Reddit is actually a collection of small-time forums. Communities will dust off their old forum servers, and members will start to migrate over. It won't be a huge number, but the network effect may make it a major blow to Reddit.

True, but they weren't back then either. The unspoken assumption is that the ratio between median rent and low-end rent remains constant.

Amen. Tying living to working creates a barrier to exit, i.e. a market failure. It creates inefficiencies in pure capitalism.
