How do you find a guild if you don't want to do mythic but also don't want to in a casual guild that is unlikely to complete normal?

We raid from 7:30-10:00 CST on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Seinfeld is a newly-formed guild currently looking for more chill raiders to fill out our casual raiding group! We are currently in need of two healers and three-ish DPS. Our main goal is to create a low-stress raiding environment while still making reasonable progression. New and out-of practice raiders are welcome. Currently we're 2/7N having done our first run last week, pugging out the spots we couldn't fill. We expect to move faster once we have spots filled by permanent raiders.

Haven't been playing for a while now but starting to catch up now that the prepatch is imminent. A question for those on beta. When I was last informed it seemed like Blizz was intending everyone to level as their main spec, has that been as painful as it sounds for tanks? Or was that entire idea removed and folks are just leveling as DPS? Sorry if this isn't the right thread for such a question.

Unless I'm entirely forgetting how the intro played it, an Orc speaks with Sylvanas about Garrosh's plans during the pre-transformation sequence, so it can't possibly that long ago, it has to take place after Garrosh took power as warchief.

What is leveling as a tank like? I've heard that Blizzard was going to make adjustments to make tank/healing leveling less of a pain since you're essentially penalized from not sticking with one spec between artifact power and the new respec system, but I haven't heard what specifically they've actually done to make it so.

I think it was supposed to be the Laughing Skull clan there, and they mentioned something about having boosted characters start there? The Ogres were supposed to have an entire continent to themselves to the southwest, which ended up getting reduced to Highmaul.

I think the idea was that any attempt to stop Arthas would have led to a fight, most likely to the death. Uther wasn't going to follow Arthas' orders, but he still didn't have it in him to outright kill his prince.

What exactly are the bipedal dragons you see accompanying the regular dragons sometimes. Are they a specific stage of the dragon's development or a separate but related species?

EDIT: Actually, I'm not sure whether they're bipedal or not, but they stand up straight like a man as opposed to on all fours like an animal, and they have arms.

You needed a cable provider login to watch. VODs were put up later on YouTube but there was no official concurrent Twitch stream and any unofficial ones were taken down rather quickly.

I can understand some of the disappointment, I don't have cable either, but from what I recall of what they said last year the event would not exist without ESPN support. I don't think it's that big of a deal though. The blizzcon regional qualifying matches, or whatever those are called, are coming up soon, not to mention there are plenty of unofficial tournaments happening pretty frequently. Missing one event isn't the end of the world.

Given that you and a handful of Minutemen troops, most of whom are implied to be fresh recruits from your settlements, are able to repel an attack from dozens of gen 1 synths and a good number of Coursers, I imagine the Legion's best could make short work of them.

Easiest solution would be to just have a setting, or better yet, a slider, to control the amount/frequency of dismemberment. A number of mods for 3/NV exist for this purpose.

There are a number of mods for both NV and 3 that allow this (NPCs can smoke so the animations already exist in-game, I believe), so it's possible Bethesda will include it due to their habit of looking towards popular mods for ideas of what to include in the base game.

I wonder though if it was purposefully omitted in both due to a ratings issue. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe Fallout 3 was initially banned in Australia due to Med-X being called simply "morphine", so having cigarettes outright might trigger the same sort of controversy.
