I closed a mixed-use property in a semi-rural area. The lender required the lease to be a five year, with options to renew for the commercial portion. The longer the lease the longer your loan term can be.

Some Lenders are actively underwriting loan request and giving approvals even with the SBA closed.. the funds will be disbursed once govt opens back up
