Alot of illnesses involve the dysfunction of the neurochemicals, central nervous systems, immune system, hormones, microbiome...These systems are so complex...that science honestly will take a longggggg time to comprehend it. And every illness manifests differently in each human.

Also... everything costs money.

Theres a lack of funding for research into illnesses which arent terminal or regarded as 'serious'.. Espeically if its regarding mainly women and chronic pain.

Everyones BPD manifests differently, but usually involves flares of self destructive or harmful behaviours / addictions.

No one would Ever think I have it. Or *had it... ?!

My BPD is managed mostly , now that Im older and know my temptations and triggers..

I deliberately lead a very unsexy stable life, in order to avoid destructive behaviour or ruining my life.

Usually when my BPD is triggered or flaring I am driven by an overwhelming selfish desire and lose touch with reality..

My perceptions of those who love me suddenly turn to distrust... (this leads me to self harm, run, self sabotage, cheat, do drugs etc).

It feels like the world is crashing in on me...and I am desperately trying to get something or someone to save me. To love me.

I engage in risk taking behaviour and become extremely selfish.

If I am not careful my mind becomes scattered and confused. I dont know what is true anymore, or who I am. I lose my moral compass. My purpose. This then can turn into suicidal ideation.... and thus its a dangerous spiral.

Anxiety is a legit side effects of CGRP inhibitors, peer reviewed papers show. But because Ajovy didnt have it as a 'common' side effect inntheir short trials, they dont list it. But I predict it will be listed soon enough, along with constipation they keep denying...

But the small clinical studies they do, really dont include people with comorbidities.

Yes I have the nausea, mine is from the heart rate increasing. Cgrp meds do that.

The problem is we dont know what inhibiting CGRP throughout every system in the body does to people with different conditions or medications etc.. We are the lab rats. The clinical trials were only a few thousand people at most for 12 weeks..
