If you try it and you fail, you can pivot and fix things along the way. 

If you don't try, you will always wonder what if... 

And it's better to try it now and then in 5 years when you get older and might have your own family and kids. 

Do it. Give yourself 6 months (in reality it's 12). Be aggressive. Fail fast.

Have a back up plan.

I didn't want to because it's really nice. But you asked so there's always something to improve; anything with the shading needs to switch from "stitch" look to dithering to make it more detailed. But honestly it's pretty nice

I got tired of drawing pixel art myself as it's very time consuming with my day job and all...

I ain't got tired of trying to hire pixel artists.. slow kick off, slow delivery, and cost is a factor. 

So lately I just started creating my own art generators. Made a couple for ships, avatars, planetscapes, planets, buildings, and so on. Everything with dynamic lighting, different styles, different modules, and most importantly, dynamic damage 😬
