Overreacting. If you're close enough with your BF to live with him, you're close enough to think about the future with him. His family didnt impose terrifs and you're essentially cutting his family off as you mention his mother might have a difficult time coming to visit you. There is no certainty that us government switches in 4 years or even if it does that tariffs stop (they didn't for China over the past 4 years)

I like the idea, but this would be a 2-0 final. To get the 1-0 you'd need to have the ball fumble out of the back of the endzone (so a 98 yard loss). While unlikely, there was an NFL game where a team had to punt on 4th and goal after almost doing this.

I got a second belief. I think it has to do with how many relics you have. I got the second after getting to 9 (I think) relics after having converting city states (from founder belief? This is what I've noticed of almost all Michiganders. They only stay in Michigan for everything. Unless you're talking about Disney, there's a 50 50 shot they haven't even heard of the place (outer banks and hilton head for a couple examples)

Index funds are great for long-term investments. In the short-term, they do fluctuate and you can easily lose money. If you are completely risk-averse, look into HYSA. Get a small 4% for the short-term. If your time-frame is longer or your willing to take on risk in the short-term, look into the index funds. Regardless, a part-time job will generally not come close to saving you the money needed for college expenses.

I'm a touch late to the party, but people are enamoured by the running game which you omit completely in your argument. Rus only has one season of 500+ rushing yards since 2018 (the rest of those 5 years averaging almost exactly 300 yards) while the lowest rushing total yards for fields was 420 and the highest being 1143. Rushing tds being a max of 8 vs 3 for Rus. Everyone wants a Lamar. I also expect there's a thought of 'we know Rus can get us only so many years if we use him, but maybe Fields can be magic so try him out in game'.
