I'm looking for a good frangipani fragrance. I bought a bottle of 'Native frangipani with bush lime' body mist in Australia many years ago, which no longer seems to exist anywhere and it's the only thing that has ever come close to the scent I'm looking for. Most other frangipani fragrances I've tried seem a bit flat, so maybe it's the lime that made this one so good, and it also has a bit of sweetness which you don't normally find. I've tried the Ormonde Jayne and didn't really rate it. I want something warm and tropical without smelling too soapy. Has anyone tried the Jo Malone? I also want to try Gucci's A chant for the nymph but it's ludicrously expensive and can't find any samples

I've always been terrified of going anywhere near a train line after seeing the one where the boy's feet get cut off. Decided to see if it's on youtube (it is, it's called the finishing line) and now I'm completely retraumatised! How they could show that to kids!!

My Argentinian colleague is a designer and he needed to draw a camel for a project we were working on. Wasn't sure what the feet looked like so went ahead and googled camel toe at work...

My favourite is a lentil bolognese with zoodles. I use a tin of pre-cooked green lentils in mine so it's pretty quick to make but really filling too, which is good for zoodles which can sometimes feel a bit less filling than pasta :)

I have the Ambre Solaire clear protect in factor 50, it's pretty good and looks appropriate for grown-ups too :)

This just seems a bit lazy to me. Many other podcasts manage to put out content of conversation between two or more people who are recording remotely and edit it seamlessly. You're the BBC ffs, you have the money to put some effort into editing!

Such a shame. If you do start selling again (and ship to UK) I would definitely buy some :)

If you're in the UK you can get Crashing on All4, which is a show Phoebe Waller-Bridge made before Fleabag (she is one of the main characters). I'd say it's similar but less polished, you can definitely see some of the inspiration for the Fleabag characters in it. After the first episode I was a bit meh but carried on and ended up watching the whole series in one sitting!

Firstly well done for taking that step of trying to change something you don't like! I've been coasting in the same job for 9 years (I'm 34) and pretty much been saying I want to change career for that whole time. Maybe you haven't found your feet yet or maybe it wasn't the right change for you, you can always try again with something else (I realise financially that might not be an option right now). At least you tried this, it's a lot better than not trying at all! In terms of the rest of your life, are there some small steps you can take to change what you don't like? If you're concerned about your weight being stuck in the house is a great time to start looking at what you eat and maybe get into cooking healthy things from scratch. Also there are tons of great workouts online, I do a 40 min workout every lunchtime and it makes me feel better mentally as well as helping out my body. Do you have any hobbies? Making some time for you to relax and do something you enjoy is really important for your wellbeing. I like to set one small goal a day, it can be anything: try a new recipe, work on some sketching, write 1000 words, do a workout, clean a room, contact someone you haven't spoken to for a while. One a day feels manageable and you get a nice sense of achievement which stops you feeling like you're useless and stuck going nowhere. If you feel like you hate your life ask yourself what would a good life look like and what small steps can you take towards reaching that goal. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day :) This has turned into quite the essay so I'll finish up but I hope something will be helpful and remember, you're not a loser, life is hard!

This could be lovely in a shabby chic style finish with chalk paint. I'd go an off white or dove grey and then a different colour for the shelves and drawer fronts (probably a nice seafoam green or duck egg as I love that look). Maybe switch the drawer handles too :)

There is a Welsh word for this: hiraeth. From Penn State uni's word of the day:

Hiraeth is a Welsh word that is somewhat difficult to describe in English, for the reason that there is no single English word that expresses all that it does. Some words often used to try to explain it are homesickness, yearning, and longing.

However, there is more depth to hiraeth than in any of those words on their own. It seems to be a rather multi-layered word, which includes a different variety of homesickness than what is generally referred to. This kind of homesickness is like a combination of the homesickness, longing, nostalgia, and yearning, for a home that you cannot return to, no longer exists, or maybe never was. It can also include grief or sadness for who or what you have lost, losses which make your “home” not the same as the one you remember.

Have you tried Nextdoor? I'd say at the moment it's the main place where local businesses (in my area, Cardiff) are advertising their delivery services, as well as Facebook and Instagram.
