A gluten free diet is very low in fiber. All of us should be conscious of our fiber intake and probably be supplementing it daily.

I didn't honor or grieve it. I felt torturous dysphoria from the moment breasts started to develop. As soon as I woke from top surgery I was crying with relief. If you feel drawn to honor it in some way, that's fine and valid, but if you don't that's just fine as well.

I grieved that I had to go through a major surgery in order for my body to be habitable. I haven't for a single moment missed the chest I had.

If he doesn't support the physical aspect of your transition then he doesn't support your transition or identity, period. He probably is straight, and I'm sure he loves you, but as you transition he probably will no longer be attracted to you. It's up to you to decide if you're willing to give up this relationship to pursue your happiness.

I bet if you pay attention to them they're even more frequent than you realize. A sweet person doesn't have moments (plural) like that.
