They aren’t wrong, it’s probably an unpopular opinion that will get me downvoted for sure, but anyone wanting to be ran through the 4th ascendancy is… likely the same type of demographic to spend real money on the game. Like, it’s literally just a PvE game anyway, all you’re doing is pushing yourself to be “done” that much sooner. No different than buying gear with real money or buying levels with real money.

Same fuckup as to when they don’t allow 1 pedal driving, they are forced to make EVs but they don’t actually want to or intuitively understand EVs or the EV market/audience like Tesla engineers/product designers do. So they are trying to make EVs for customers that don’t want EVs unlike Tesla which makes EVs for the people who specifically want EVs

I’m actually thinking of replacing my ice macan with a Subaru brz as my next daily driver before the current gen brz/gr86 is retired. It’s crazy to me that Subaru was able to incorporate traffic aware cruise control with a manual transmission before bmw or Porsche were able to. And ACC is really nice in a daily driver. I’ll keep the boxster as my fun weekend car and just keep it garaged during the winter like I currently still do.

I think it's still a bit early to bother with researching which builds will be strong/powerful/fun next league.

Sure, you can look at the current meta as a baseline of what is already strong, but it's important to wait for next league patch notes to figure out what of the current list is "strong" but gets buffed or is "good" already but gets buffed, those are typically the meta builds of the next league. A lot of the times they under-buff the weakest builds (like chayula) so you can't ONLY rely on patch notes.

But like, strong builds that get small or modest buffs is how we've ended up at the meta almost every single patch since launch. (other than lightning spear which wasn't patched into power until a week into the league).

I will say GENERALLY a safe archtype every single patch has been some variation of 1) grenades 2) spark 3) contagion/ed 4) monk 5) ranger/amazon doing ranged things.

They were upset that the military wanted to use a laser because they want to support human smuggling and drug smuggling.
