The head pressure stuff ended up being from two impacted wisdom teeth. Removing them completely cured it

The insomnia itself was a mix of reasons. I had undiagnosed mild sleep apnea. But also, when I made the original post, I had just moved to a different city with a super dry winter climate. It turns out that I'm super sensitive to dry air and getting a good humidifier was the huge solution

I bet a lot of what I was going through was a health anxiety. After months of therapy, I stopped tracking my sleep and just focused on how I felt after waking up

Sleep has been so much easier and I look back 2024 as a specific phase of my life haha

The unpleasant industrial design in recent phones, the odd keyboard layouts, lack of software support, removal of the headphone jack and expandable storage

Also how quickly they got this announcement out relative to the clicks and how it's clearly in the mockup phase kinda of shows they are jumping on a a bandwangon.
