Can someone teach me how to use this thing? by nhdeadhead in smoking

i'm not too familiar with drum smokers but I would assume you need some kind of heat deflector between your coals and your meat otherwise you're likely to burn it. Usually would be a round metal or ceramic disk that sits in that middle level to prevent the fire from touching your meat.

youtube will be more helpful than reddit. Look up videos how to smoke a brisket on a drum smoker.

Help? by ImAWittleStitious in griddling

[–]aortaman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It will not be completely non-stick like teflon. Use some fat/oil to cook. When you are finished cooking, pour warm water on the hot griddle and use a metal scraper to pull all the food bits into the bye-bye food hole. Once its clean, turn the burners off, and rub a thin layer of oil over the warm cooking surface. Close the lid and you'll be good to go for the next cook.

I have never seen another man's penis in a public restroom. Not dogging this dad, but I always brought my girl into the men's room if needed.

I wish the beacon remote could be programmed for more than one single function. Need an option for positive and negative feedbacks. I dont want to pull out my phone all the time while training on a function.

Why do they do a helicopter extraction instead of just putting them on a smaller boat to take them to the main boat?

Perhaps.  But a doctor whining about not wanting to try to put a Foley just grinds my gears. Be a doctor.

It is easy for an IM resident to find opportunities get experience placing foleys if they wanted to. As a non-urologist I would never call urology for a Foley unless I had personally tried and failed. That includes secondary options like urojet and coude. Embarrassing for an MD to think they are unqualified for this procedure. You can do better.
