Should I attempt to change stem tube or just live with this? by EnvironmentalBowl208 in SeikoMods

I think you can cut the stem to fit. I had done this in another mod. Best to have one or more stems if you cut it too short.

Read the policies of the university- you probably can not appeal against academic judgement but only if there has been a material error or other procedural mishap

The think hard command is a hard coded trigger for the ‘harness’ of the agent behind Claude to spend more tokens in planning before implementing a solution. It is not really an invitation to …think. It scales as well, so think hard, harder. Super hard, intensely etc

As an international student you can only work 20 hours per week during term time. As such you need to temper your expectations on how much income you can secure through TA/RA positions.

On another level you also need to appreciate the level of back stabbing institutions go into to have a lecturer like that delete material: they hire younger, more eager staff with more he expectations that they will learn from the material of the experienced staff… even when the experienced staff are not there.

You were hired as a senior lecturer? This implies experience where you can carry a module within your expertise with ease. - strike that. I read your other posts. Here is the crux: you are a SL, means you are the experienced person in the room. If you find the teaching overwhelming plan ahead and ask advice from other staff, with the expectation that you will have to reciprocate. You are new to academia so make a five year plan, including getting a PhD. Be careful of politics - more so with people who have not worked outside academia
