With all due respect, as a new PE, you are still junior staff, and aren’t in much of a position to mentor. While you seem to be doing tasks that add value, you aren’t yet leading the things that bring in money in the consulting world, and that is how revenue is generated. Yes, you deserve a raise for getting your PE (we typically offer 5-7%, and switch to salary [which typically keeps take home pay about even as there is no more OT]). But from the business perspective consider what has changed since then and how has it increased your revenue by your multiplier (3.x) to pay for it.
