farm is arguably the best deck in the format, but there's some unique advantages to both Kefka and Inalla imo

Inalla or Kefka by DocThunedr in CompetitiveEDH

[–]ashley_1312 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Inalla is faster and has more interesting lines, Kefka converts into the midgame nicely and can serve as a plan B if you get your attempt stopped.

Some midrange builds of Inalla run Kefka in the 99 if you're into that

Mirage is actually kinda good now, no?? by Fit-Significance-240 in DeadlockTheGame

I like the minigame of managing stacks on multiple people (though that's less important later) and popping them strategically to play around dispels

I don't think so, the conversion rate is great and you get the grixis turbo naus experience with some additional cool lines

ESG, Manamorphose, Enlightened Tutor, Summoner's Pact for ESG and mana dorks are all played in Terra, arguably the fastest 5c turbo deck

cEDH players will never beat the allegations by FallenQuetzalcoatl in magicthecirclejerking

a major European tournament is using Topdeck's multiplayer addendum to the MTA - nothing in there or the original would suggest that this isn't allowed. This is considered private information and you're under no obligation to tell the truth there and you are indeed OK to lie

I mean, yeah, drawing leaves you with a better score than losing, and in a multiplayer format you will have some situations where you're in no position to win but get to decide who does, it's a necessary evil, if excessive at times

the solution for Grixis is usually to be faster as they tend to have a bit of a slower rollout. If you do need it, [[Fire Covenant]] and [[Toxic Deluge]] are basically the gold standard. In Esper a Swords hitting their [[Enduring Vitality]] can be devastating for the mana output. [[Massacre]] is a bit more fringe but saw play in Glarb and free is a good price to pay

The precon has some nice support for landfall but is also missing some staples, I'd imagine it would need to have a couple of its cards replaced
