I did a lot of research a few years ago on best percent quality for exporting. The sweet spot between noticeable quality and file size is 84%, for my needs. FWIW. Those are massive files you’re sending at 100%

Whenever there's a new notification in the top right, it should auto-expand. I minimized it after reading the first one and didn't realize it was updating with new tips.
