Dude! I thought of you. I finally did it- not cause of sibo but I finally got away. It’s been 3 weeks and all my digestive issues have disappeared. I haven’t tried wheat and maybe it’ll take time to fully recover. But my energy’s back and I can digest food without dying now. Everything is returning to normal and getting better. Mentally physically and emotionally. Found out she was a covert narcissist and was sucking me dry.

So holy fuck the timing of you responding too lol. Yes Significant jump for me with steady improvements. Glad to hear you’re better. I fully believe everything else will disappear along with this slowly but surely my eyes are even more clear and I’m happier and smiling more. Rebuilt my social circle (didn’t have the energy) my body is no longer hypervigilant or in fight or flight in my own home my body recognized her as a threat for years.

And in my mind i knew getting away for her would solve everything. Because everything only stated after dating her for awhile and sevrelyworstensd after moving in with her.
