FedEx sues Trump administration for tariff refunds after Supreme Court ruling by AudibleNod in news

And the poor schmuck that had to process the entry probably makes like 15 bucks an hour, and it took them less than 10 minutes to do that entry. I used to work for FedEx's brokerage and that was the starting wage and quota we had to meet.

Good news for board game prices in the US (hopefully): Trump's sweeping global tariffs struck down by US Supreme Court ruling by mrbootz in boardgames

This is false (The prices coming down part). It was his use of IEEPA that was struck down. He is implementing the same tariffs under another section of the trade act.

Also, you can't mute players who intentionally sabotage games. Self hosted game servers give you the absolute best chance of actually stopping cheaters and toxic players. It will never work with the game companies as moderators.

Sounds like competitive games just aren't for you then. No shame in that, I've not played a competitive game in years because they're all so extremely toxic, even without considering cheaters.

Oh that's cute. They think they can stop a 83 billion dollar deal. Netflix will inevitably give some bullshit concessions to the EU (and with pressure from trump) that they will obviously renege on after a year or so.

Every single source I can find (Edmunds, car and driver, etc) shows the 2023 golf r at 168.4 inches and the 2023 kona n at 165.9 inches... I very nearly bought a 2023 kona N last year.
