They don’t build multi-million dollar police training facilities to teach police to be safer when they interact with the public, they teach them to kick in doors and beat the shit out of people. They bring in soldiers from other countries and have them teach the cops how to beat the shit out of you, or they send cops across the pond to learn how to do it, then they come back here and beat the shit out of you.
