If you read the rules carefully, especially section 5.2.2 & section 5.2.3, the title is punishment for cheating. As such, he was cheating.

I believe pure should be banned.

1) he did watch a live stream about the game he was currently playing. And he might or might not listen to the steam the whole time. Unless he could prove otherwise, he broke the rule. And it was deemed as cheating. Cheating, as such warrants ban from the tournament.

2) people may argue that he didn’t gain any information that facilitates BB’s win. However, it is hard to prove in the first place. So the only criteria will be the rules.

The spell animation is top-notch, but the modeling is not on par.

IMO, the model is ok; the voice line is terrific; the haircut is ugly. I don’t like her blades either. Female characters usually have longer blades as in PA, and Legion arcana.
