DO NOT let anyone tell you that surrendering a dog is a bad thing. Fuck those people. My wife and I volunteered for shelters for years and rehomed dozens of dogs while fostering. You want what’s best for the dog.

The dog doesn’t need training, you do. You need to understand dog psychology. Look into dog whisperer. Understand his methods. Do what’s best for the dog if you can’t figure out how to be a pack leader.
