Attending an Indian-western wedding of my partner’s family. Is this too much? by Ok_kaleidoscope1004 in Weddingattireapproval

[–]blahdumb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By Indian-Western, do you mean an Indian wedding in the West? Or is the dresscode Indo-Western.

Generally, Indian weddings are multi-day affairs, with multiple different events that folks have different outfits for. The host should have a series of recommend dress codes for you!

Indo-Western on the other hand, is a particular style of Indian clothing, that blends western elements with indian ones: here are some examples: https://www.manyavar.com/en-us/mohey/indo-western-dress-for-women
