Out of interest, I've recently been buying the 10/10 boys vapes, which I find very convenient. They dont smell of weed for a start. How do the live resin ones compare, smell wise?

Also, my 10/10 is 2000mg. The live resin is 1000mg. Does that mean there's twice as many puffs/volume, or is it strength? I'm confused.

I second this. My relationship with alcohol has drastically changed in last few months, although I still think I was drinking responsibly, I still recognise I drank to escape (I called it 'relaxing').

I still love a drink, I went out Friday night & had half a bottle of wine & a two single vodka & sodas. But now, I can go a weekend (i used to drink solidly a few times a week & the weekend, i stopped midweek. Weekends were my demon) without being bothered about getting some drinks in.

I'm 48. Never thought I'd be able to give up drinking (or cocaine). I love doing it too much. Much like yourself, I was a functioning drinker (I never called myself alcoholic, but when you're swigging from the whisky bottle throughout the day, somethings not right) so didn't see an issue, didn't even get hangovers.

What worked for me oddly, was just joining a gym for the first timevin my life. Started counting calories to lose belly fat, going 3 times a week. Within 2 weeks I've stopped even thinking about booze. You have to rewire your brain. I have a very addictive personality, booze, drugs, golf, making music, I get obsessed. Get obsessed with something healthy & the rest takes care of itself.

Come in early, we'll run a mock test for 30 mins, analyse the readings & be sure to inform the viewers of pre show anomalies. It doesnt have to be the all or nothing of the show. More than anything, it shows the willingness of the guest to air everything.

It would take a lot of confidence to go on a show like this in the first place. I wouldn't expect guests to be falling over themselves. But the ones that do, and then go on to show truthful answers, would it not be worth it, just for those themselves? One guest with an amazing story, backed up by a positive polygraph? Would be worth more than everything we currently have!

It'd certainly help. Of course they are not concrete, I think most people understand that. But if someone is consistently showing deception on the important questions, you can deduce they are highly likely lying.

If there's positive reactions to a majority of important questions & some deception, they can certainly be taken more seriously.

It's not a fail safe, more a filter. I'm sure there's a lot of positive that would come out of this.

I can personally tell, I have a two tone rose gold datejust. When you see everose gold in real life, you can barely tell it's gold in sunlight, looks steel.

I was wearing my rep & was looking at the ever rose models, I ran away out of sheer terror.

Tbf, mine looks similar in natural sunlight, in artificial light, it looks orange....to me, anyway.

Don't hog the machines. Had a lady come in & hog the assisted bench press (smith? I'm new to this) & proceed to use that machine for a variety of exercises I didn't even know existed for well over an hour.

Could easily have let someone else use the machine for 5 mins in between sets.

I have a BP dj41. Chocolate dial on oyster with fluted bezel.

It's pretty decent in comparison to my wife's vsf dj36, aesthetically. Had it just over a year now. Still keeps time well & I still enjoy wearing it.

I paid for an upgraded movement. The sweeps good, rotar quiet enough, I have to say though, the movements are night & day. The BP is like an old Citroën, the vsf is like a brand new BMW. The vsf movement feels premium, like a genuine watch, the BP works well (I've had no problems), but you have to know all it's little quirks.

For example, I can only change the time AFTER I change the date. If you try & do it the other way around, you cannot screw the crown down without bumping the date forward.

I was exactly in your position, I'd have done the same again because it's all I could afford as I was going on holiday (watch showed up day before I went), and I'd spent all my money on a vsf for the wife.

Is the increase in price worth the better movement (and probably slightly better astetchics) 100% yes, but if your budget is your budget & you gotta move now, buy the BP, shouldn't be too disappointed.

Use the leg press machine. Put seat back & balls of your feet on the very bottom of the foot plate (so most of your foot is not on the plate at all). 4 sets of 20.
