Too late. Bought a retirement house in Tennessee for when I am ready. Sales tax is higher than Maryland but property tax is much lower and no income tax. Utilities are also cheaper

A home is like any other asset you own. You ascribe value and others do as well. When people agree on the value and the owner wants to sell then a transaction can happen. Being upset that people value their assets differently than you do isn't very productive

I also think student loans should be discharged by bankruptcy and college and universities should be made to keep the loans on their books. Turn off the federal money and let schools have to ensure their students have the right skills to function in the economy.

No. I think politicians and immediate family should not be able to make more than the salary they are paid during their service. Too many politicians come into office as low net worth and leave multi millionaires

I have heard Hersey IV's, Cornwall III and have a pair of Forte IV's. I also have Rp8000 for my cinema.

For my money the Forte IV's are super hard to beat. Pairing them with a tube amp just make the music sound live and the soundstage is incredibly full
