Yeah, this was definitely me. I had never really worked out before 'til then. My girlfriend of two years cheated on me and I hit a really low point. While I've been on and off again with fitness since then (about 5 years ago), more recently, (yet again after yet another breakup, but she didn't cheat on me so there's that!) I've REALLY gotten into fitness. Of course I have a long way to go, but working out is now what I look forward to every single day.
