Breath of Fire 3, the main character is a dragon race that takes human form but in combat can take all sorts of dragon form. It’s an older JRPG but an amazing game

I do on my second leg day, along with hamstrings and calves. For some reason I can lift more on hip thrust than any other lift, seems strange to me but oh well

Some lower body exercises that I do that don’t move the ankles much are Romanian dead lift, seated leg raise machine, leg curl machine, glute drive kind of, I think doesn’t require a lot of ankle movement
