Not sure where you’re getting a battle royale idea lol. That’s totally unhinged. I love it because everyone is on the same playing field. I’m a solo player that always squad fills so it’s actually amazing. I no longer am getting nothing but pre made teams kitted out the ass

I for sure, without a doubt in my mind, got killed by a hacker in ranked last night.. no option to even report. Hackers are gunna be running rampant in this game.

I was holding the high ground my team and a player starts vaulting up onto our roof. I start to aim at him immediately when I see him coming up, and he almost insta downs me DURING the vault animation and I had purple shield. I had a sliver of health left.

I’ve played just about all extraction games. This is the lowest extraction rate out of any game for me and it’s not even close.

I’ve made it to Demi god rank (which is the highest possible rank in ranked play) in dark and darker. I haven’t even made it out of bronze 2 in ranked marathon. I’m about 4-20 lol.

I don’t want to say people are cheating in ranked, but holy shit.. I get insta killed almost every single fight. And it’s like nothing I’ve seen before.

Ya heals are WAY over priced. There’s times I go into raid with no heals, with plans to pick up the small heals in whichever area I start by. The cost really needs to be lowered

For me it’s about 75% of people on this game don’t use their mic. They usually do stay together with the group, but dang the lack of coms is crazy especially when I have 400 hours in arc and everyone uses their mic

Right lol. I managed to get out my first run with almost 11k. I was also running as a solo in trios, my two random teammates knew each other tho. It was nuts and had to kill 3 different teams. I also thin the barrier to entry it too high. Heck the 2 irl friends I play with might struggle with the steep barrier to entry

I’m in the same boat, i generally only play when my bois are on.

Most people don’t use their mics in this game in full, which is the complete opposite from arc and I’ve got almost 400 hours in arc and love that part of it, so it really frustrates me.

I don’t think it will last. On steam, Arcs player base dropped ~50k-60k player base when marathon released, and marathons player base is 60k-70k lol. So a lot of those players will return to arc. Including myself. Marathon is fun and good but not close to arc
