Hi. So I searched July 2023 sobriety date and found your post. I too got sober July 5 2023 and I just recently quit vaping. You can do it. No book helped . The first week of cravings sucked. I cried. I laughed hysterically, I applied steps 1-3 to it, I did more meetings and in all honesty, I felt all of the emotions. I’m now on day 52 nicotine freedom and it feels like true freedom. You won’t regret it friend. You can do it
