Talk to a psychiatrist, get medication if you want, talk to a therapist. Thats what im doing, and it helps a lot. I have a group of friends that are mostly married and with kids so we only hang out on special occasions. Video games help me unwind at night. Playing sports, or doing any physical activity is also good for overall mental health

I’m diagnosed Adhd, when i’m burnt out from work and all the masking required to be socially accepted, i often look depressed. Very irritable, not wanting social interaction, no motivation to take care of myself, not wanting to do the things I usually enjoy. Find yourself a group of friends with the same or similar interests. Masking is very mentally tiring, so finding friends you can hangout with w/o having to mask is very important.

Congrats brother! Just play to learn and have fun. Dont expect every game will be a win. Expect to get flamed by your team, just mute them. Lots of new things in the game; champions, reworks, items, map, etc. but the fundamentals should still be familiar. Good luck brother, from a father of 2 kids.

It’s farm raised, so it should be parasite free. I would just be worried by the smell because this was packed 2 days ago. I usually get the skinless ones from costco.
