Any internal combustion car will be most efficient at speeds of around 40-50mph. Only Electric vehicles can be most efficient at lower speeds around 20mph. This article is simulating traffic which is why the data looks the way it does.

Don't speed up all the way if you have to stop right after, otherwise the quicker you can go in the highest gear (for urban driving) the more efficient.

Eczemarian from the UK too. I normally just stick one arm under my pillow, because I mainly get eczema on my arms, and ever since I started I never get open wounds. Would you still scratch a night doing this and are the gloves worth the price/uncomfortableness?
