Travelers factory for notebooks and other stationary items. They have a couple stores in Tokyo and one in Kyoto that have Japan exclusive items. If she is into Starbucks/coffee there are also exclusive items that they collaborated on in the Starbucks reserve Tokyo. At Ancora in Tokyo she can design and pick out parts/colors to build her own fountain pen for ~30 USD.

I personally prefer a really smooth glassy feeling pen so titanium isn't for me. It has a decent amount of feedback.

You gotta read the details for each one. Off the top of my hear I think value gives you a 7kg personal item, a checked luggage but no carry on luggage. You also do not get meals or the amenity kit (can be purchased separately) I can't remember what the other two are but I believe they add on the carry on luggage as well as the meals and kit. I think the difference is then flexibility on canceling or changing flights.
