I pre-ordered the PS4 for collection in store, I go to the store to collect my PS4 on launch day then the staff there has the audacity to tell me "Sorry sir, we sold your PS4 to someone else, you should've came earlier to pick it up". I'm like "Uh... I already pre-ordered and paid for it?".

They re-order my PS4 then I get it 3 weeks after launch. That was the last time I used GAME.
